Just try it!
1. The Setup
Repeat the setup statement 3 times while continuously rubbing the Sore Spot or Karate Chop point:
“Even though I have this problem with (state the issue) I deeply and completely accept myself.”
2. The Sequence
Tap about 7 times on each of the following energy points while repeating the Reminder Phrase (the issue) at each point.
EB, SE, UE, UN, CH, CB
- EB- Eye brow
- SE- Side of Eye
- UE- Under Eye
- UN- Under Nose
- CH- Chin
- CB- Collar bone
UA, BN, TH, IF, MF, BF, KC
- UA- Under Arm
- BN- Below Nipple
- TH- Thumb
- IF- Index Finger
- MF- Middle Finger
- BF- Baby Finger
3. The 9 Gamut Procedue
Continuously tap on the Gamut point while performing each of these 9 actions:
- Eyes closed
- Eyes open
- Eyes hard down right
- Eyes hard down left
- Roll eyes in circle
- Roll eyes in other direction
- Hum 2 seconds of a song
- Count to 5
- Hum 2 seconds of a song.
