EFT Can Clear Self-limiting Beliefs about Money and Abundance
Self-limiting beliefs are mental blocks, negative thought patterns, and psychological hindrances, which are mentally stored from years of “brain washing.” Self-limiting beliefs have negative effects, which greatly limit the ability to achieve goals and ultimate success.
Most of us have been psychologically conditioned from childhood by parents and teachers with statements like:
“Study hard, so you can get a good job.”
“You have to work hard for money.”
“Money does not grow on trees.”
“We cannot afford it.”
“Who do you think I am, Rockefeller?”
“We are poor, but honest, people.”
“We will never be rich.”
“Why would you want to be rich, anyway?”
These are just a few of the negative and highly destructive statements most of us heard and learned as children. Of course, we all know many people, who do not have “good educations” and do not seem to work hard, but are very successful financially. Money simply seems to flow their way.
You may ask: “Then why not me!! How can I get in on this deal?”
EFT expert Carol Tuttle says that EFT is a great way to flow and grow money. She believes that, if you are not making as much money as you would like, then you may be holding onto some negative (self-limiting) beliefs about yourself and how much money should have.
Carol says that money is a resource with a neutral energy, to which we project our beliefs. Money takes on that energy, and that is the experience we get with it. “When you change your beliefs about money, money changes for you. When you choose wealth, and start to believe that wealth is spiritual, wealth finds you.”
Essentially, EFT is a method of eliminating self-sabotage derived from self-limiting beliefs about money, enabling us to get into the money flow and enjoy the abundance that we so richly deserve.
