Ronald was born in Austria. He finished the HTBL Salzburg in the field Electrical Engineering and has the title "Engineer." In Graz he studied Electronic Medicine, with a concentration in electronic medical equipment.

He was the CEO of an electronics company and a software company in Austria, before he relocated to Taiwan, the electronics and computer center of Asia, in 1991. He founded a trading company and then an ISP (Internet Service Provider). He was one of the directors of the ISP association and one of the directors of TWNIC.
In 2001, he opened ELMIT, an Internet consulting company. He serves several small and medium-sized companies for a variety of technical questions regarding computer and Internet problems.
Since 2003, Ronald has been an active member of Toastmasters International. He achieved DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster), the highest Toastmasters award in 2006. He won First Place at the National Speech Contest 2004 in Table Topics.
He has attended many different courses in self-development, including Photo Reading. In 2008, he saw the video "The Secret," and since then he has intensively studied a wide range of material related to NLP, the Law of Attraction, and EFT.
Beginning in 2009, Ronald became a Life Success Consultant and works with Bob Proctor and his team. Ronald offers Mastermind study groups and courses (free of charge) and individual or company coaching.
