- Dr. L.J. Lamb
L. J. Lamb is from the United States and has lived and worked in Asia and Europe for over 35 years. He graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. (Honors in History), M.A.T. (Education and Political Science), and Juris Doctor (Law). He is admitted to practice law in Iowa and has a real estate broker’s license from the State of California.
He served in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps as a military lawyer. After military service, he was a consultant in the shipping industry, working in six different countries in Asia. He then became a legal advisor for the Veterans Affairs Commission of the Taiwan government.
He also worked as advisor and editor for Taiwan’s Government Information Office, where he researched, wrote, and edited the English versions of documents and speeches for high-ranking officials, including the President, Vice President, Premier, and various cabinet ministers. He served as legal counsel for a venture capital company in Europe for two years, before returning to Taiwan.
He has studied Behavioral Kinesiology and Neuro-linguistic Programming, including the works of Tad James and Richard Bandler. He is interested in various self-improvement programs, especially those related to the Law of Attraction, Advanced Manifesting, and Emotional Freedom Techniques.
He is a member of Toastmasters International, where he has attained many awards, including Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest award, twice – the first person in the 50-year history of Toastmasters in Taiwan to do so.
